Our Pre-K Program is based on The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool which is a thematic learning program designed to create a high-quality learning environment and build a thorough understanding of best practices. Through studies, which are hands-on, project-based investigations, The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool helps build children's confidence, creativity and critical thinking skills, and promote positive outcomes. The children are constantly fostering their learning through hands-on environment. Throughout the day, students are incorporating phonological awareness through early literacy. They are also learning to demonstrate number concepts and operations as well as letter recognition and letter sounds. Throughout the year, students are mastering their large and small motor skills. Each child is taught as an individual using a variety of strategies, technology, and class room experience. The children are learning to create and sustain positive social skills with their teachers and peers. As teachers we are developing an environment of love, learning, and self- confidence.
